“I used Paw Pad for both our minature dachshund and puppy. (mum & son). The smell of them when they came back was unreal. We have used other groomers for our older dog and I've never experienced a delicious scent quite like this one. This was the first time puppy had been anywhere other than our house. Natalie was amazing with both of them. Natalie was amazing at making sure she worked in an order that would not worry the mum as she is protective as has only just been separated from the other 3 puppies we didn't keep. They both had a lovely time and we will be using Paw Pad again. Great friendly service. Easy to park and drop off (we went to the pub not far away to wait) and nice clean home and grooming room. She has groomed my cockerpoo for quite some time now, And the cut is always amazing so much so I frequently get stopped and asked for the groomers details Some of the key things I tell people are that Natalie only has one dog at a time, There is never a crossover As she insists on a full clean down between every dog and she really gives the dog cheese grooming her full-time and attention. More than that, she genuinely cares and make sure every dog (and parent!!) Feels comfortable and welcomed. 100% recommend and would not go anywhere else”
